Bio
John M. Vickerstaff is a graduate of the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law. He also attended the University of Sydney School of Law in Sydney, Australia, where he received a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law. Prior to law school, he attended the University of Louisville, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. He is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana, as well as all of the Federal District Courts in Kentucky and Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. As a member of a state bar, he is qualified to represent clients throughout the United States before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in proceedings before all Immigration Courts nationwide, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and at all U.S. Embassies and Consulates throughout the world. Mr. Vickerstaff speaks English and French.
